Today, Monday was the second day of the challenge and again I made it to the gym and continued my favorite routine I have adapted to for the past three+ months.

I spent 10 minutes on the Vibration Machine first. The Vibration Machine has many benefits that most find hard to believe…but I have noticed a distinct difference in the past three months since using it. Number one it really helps your muscles and joints get limber in a very short period of time. It definitely increases your energy by stimulating all the cells in your body, increasing blood flow and oxygen intake as well as stimulating the metabolism and the lymphatic system to help flush out toxins. It also improves your muscle strength by lengthening and shortening the fibers. And it helps to support relaxation by reducing cortisol (the stress hormone) and creating and releasing endorphins. The greatest benefit is toning and reducing cellulite. I have definitely noticed a difference in the appearance of my thighs since working with this machine. Sunday was officially my 1st day of the 100 day Challenge and I was delighted I accomplished what we set out to do! I have been making an effort to workout 3-5 x’s a week for the past three months since I joined my new club and seen great results. In fact I have lost 18 baby weight pounds over the course of this time period. So this 100 Day Challenge really amp’s up my workout routine by calling me to commit to 30 minutes EVERY SINGLE DAY.

On Sunday, the first day of the challenge, I made sure that no matter what I would make it to the gym and get a minimum of a 30 minute workout in my day. No Excuses even if I had a day planned out with other activities. My gym is 5 minutes from my home so it is like a home away from home. And this challenge will bring about the result that I need to get 30 minutes of exercise a day much like eating healthy meals, getting my vitamins in my body and attending to personal hygiene.

I can’t remember when I have ever in my life exercised every single day of my life so this will be an exciting challenge that I will wholeheartedly embrace!
