This Challenge I Wholeheartedly Embrace!

Sunday was officially my 1st day of the 100 day Challenge and I was delighted I accomplished what we set out to do! I have been making an effort to workout 3-5 x’s a week for the past three months since I joined my new club and seen great results. In fact I have lost 18 baby weight pounds over the course of this time period. So this 100 Day Challenge really amp’s up my workout routine by calling me to commit to 30 minutes EVERY SINGLE DAY.

On Sunday, the first day of the challenge, I made sure that no matter what I would make it to the gym and get a minimum of a 30 minute workout in my day. No Excuses even if I had a day planned out with other activities. My gym is 5 minutes from my home so it is like a home away from home. And this challenge will bring about the result that I need to get 30 minutes of exercise a day much like eating healthy meals, getting my vitamins in my body and attending to personal hygiene.
